GOURMET HANDMADE HAMBURGERS

Our handmade hamburgers are prepared using the best meats, using low pressure technology, which gives the appearance of having been made by hand, while maintaining the maximum flavour and a texture that is very pleasant on the palate. 

A BES system is used during the manufacturing process, which eliminates the toughness of the meat, thereby improving its texture. Furthermore, all the hamburgers pass through a metal detection system to guarantee the maximum quality of our products.

The freezing system uses the latest technology and quick-freezes the hamburgers in 15 minutes, leaving them loose inside the box and able to be picked up individually.
